Magic of Maya Spices for Authentic Taste
A delicious summer cooler of mango pulp, saffron, and kewra water.
- 1 cup ripe Maya Mango Pulp
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron
- 1 tsp kevra water
Recipe for Amras:
- In a deep bowl, add the mango pulp, sugar and milk, stir.
- Add the green cardamom powder, saffron and kevra water.
- Stir well and add some ice cubes and serve in glasses.
